Alright this has always bugged me. What do i do in this game?!?!? Also is it fun not sure whether to try it or not. Every time i have tried it i end up mad because i have no idea what to do.

It's a very difficult game. Unless you are extremely intelligent, don't expect to get through it without a guide. That being said, it is a fun game that you may very well enjoy even using a guide.

It didn't require that much intelligence to finish, just a keen sense of observation and a handy notepad to write info on. Overall, I'd say the game was pretty average. And the replay value is nil since once you finish the game, you can finish it again without leaving the island I have heard that the DS port is simply terrible though.

I've hear people love it and people absolutely can't stand it. welcome to the world of adventure games, point-and-click adventure games to be precise... if you hate Myst then those types of games aren't for you. Perhaps something easier might help, Sam and Max is good...especially with them getting out of retirement (screw you lucas arts!!!)
