I noticed that there was a gallery for avatars, but not siglines. If I was going to make some LBP siglines, where would be the best place to upload them, if a separate gallery isn't made?

Could be a section added. Did you PM one of the admins? They'll let you know if a sub-section can be added to the gallery. I'd say that should be your first step

What exactly are siglines? I'm afraid I haven't heard the term before. Oh it's just a graphic that people use in their signature. KAPBAM's would be an example.
