I was looking for "give xp as prize" on the market earlier, and couldn't find it. What happened to it? or did I just not see it?

I'm not looking for donate xp, I'm looking for give xp as prize. It was like 2000 xp and let you give as much xp as you wanted. I remember seeing it like three months ago, before I took a leave of absence.
