Just got hit again with this annoying bug. Fisished an update, saved the level, backed-up the file...and surprise right when I got back to the pod the phantom magic mouth appeared. Tried many things to reverse it, and nothing worked. I tried a system reset and played the level again, once I exited the level the magic floating mouth appeared in the pod and followed me everywhere. Tried a hard reset, loaded the back-up version of the level and played it. This time it vanished. So not sure if the second reset fixed it, but loading the back-up with the reset and deleting the prior versions seemed to fix it. So if someone else runs into this and the first reset does not work try a second one and copying and loading the level form a back-up.2011-04-24 07:35:00

It has been reported a few times. It is listed in the bugs section, but for some reason I always forget what they list it as and the search never returns anything but my older post about it. It basically is when you place a magic mouth and then a few seconds later you rewind and see the magic mouth appear coming from ontop of your level from an impossible location, using the movie camera you will see it is just located on the top of the tv screen no matter how you rotate the level. If you rewind more, it appears more, upto about ten of them. You can clear them out with the circle, but then if you hit the triangle the bubble reappears. Many have reported having it vanish after restarting the PS3, but it stayed on one full try for me, and not sure if it was clearing out memory in the moon or reloading the level. or just the second restart...but it finally vanished. Had it on a second level that never went away. Don't think it always follows to the pod...but it did this time and through all the levels I loaded. Last time I deleted a level and transferred data over to a fresh one to get rid of it, this time I had waaaaay too much data to capture transfer with way too much logic....so I clreaed it this way, but I may have been unlucky both times with it where it did not go away, becuase others have reported the first reboot clearing it away. Of course the first time caused me to recapture objects that resulted in my other thread about static capture objects that you can't move while you are trying to place in levels because one part glitches adn stays exactly where it first loads the object.2011-04-24 08:56:00
