I already know all the in's and out's of the sequencer, but figured I'd check out your tutorial anyways... as I like to watch the odd one from time to time to see what others are up to. Anyways, just thought I'd let you know I'm getting the "This video contains content from UMG, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds" message. So it looks like some boob over at Youtube has an issue with your song/audio on your video that is copyrighted. Just a head's up that not everyone is able to view your clip. 2011-04-23 01:40:00

You probably should have just edited the first thread to have this video instead of making a new one, but whatever.

Tutorial was good, the text is a bit hard to read though.

Here's something to help the budding composer.
Each individual instrument has it's own lowest/highest attainable frequency range, and to make a composition sound realistic using different instruments you should not artificially extend there range, even though it is possible using software.
There are several Musical Pitch Relation Charts available that make this easy to translate these individual instrument frequency ranges visually in relation to a 88 note concert piano, just as the sequencer interface appears to you in LBP2 as a pianos keyboard.

I have been using the E.J.Quimby chart for years

I knew all of that except the left/right on the right stick for further note editing and the pan.2011-06-21 15:18:00

Thanks for the tutorial!

You could use a more readable font, by changing the color scheme of the borders and the shadow, just a reminder!
