Great conclusion to the space garden series, even if it is short. VISUALS: The layer glitch details at the beginning looked really cool, and the sackbots from previous levels are still unique. The cinematics are exhilarating and emotional too. SOUND: Great use of "The Cosmos" interactive music and cinematic musics. GAMEPLAY: The level is somehow very short, but challenging. The grappling hook part seems to be one of the most challenging of all the grappling hook obstacles. The launching platform is a blast, too. OVERALL: Despite that the level length is a bit slim, the story, gameplay, and visuals are very good. A yeah vote, a heart, and a positive feedback. | 2011-04-20 23:39:00 Author: JustinArt Posts: 1314 |
Nice! I really enjoyed this series. I thought the beginning platforming was brave - it took me a number of times to get through the first part, which was very cool! All-in-all I thought this was an engaging and polished series. | 2011-04-21 02:33:00 Author: CCubbage Posts: 4430 |
The first level was perfect, the second was just a little short. The third would have been amazing, but it was too short, and it seemes as if less effort was put into it as some parts of the cutscene seemed a bit bland or unfinalized. Anyway, besides that it was a good 15 minutes spent playing the series, and I look forward to some less thermo-heavy levels, so that they can be longer. | 2011-04-21 03:14:00 Author: iBubek Posts: 682 |

Thanks for the feedback, I'm glad you enjoyed it even with the short length. I still have about 5% thermo so perhaps I will add an obstacle while the servers are down. Nice! I really enjoyed this series. I thought the beginning platforming was brave - it took me a number of times to get through the first part, which was very cool! All-in-all I thought this was an engaging and polished series. Thanks! I realized that the cutscenes needed to take priority since only small bits of story had been included since the prologue. I also wanted the difficulty to be progressive between episodes, so I tried to create an obstacle that required nearly perfect timing When it took me 3 or 4 attempts to complete it myself, I knew that it would be challenging for most people. I hoped to extend the length of the level with the difficulty and I am also glad that you enjoyed the challenge! The first level was perfect, the second was just a little short. The third would have been amazing, but it was too short, and it seemes as if less effort was put into it as some parts of the cutscene seemed a bit bland or unfinalized. Thanks for the feedback I agree about the detail in some areas. I added some more detail around the laser and interior last night. | 2011-04-22 13:46:00 Author: Bender Posts: 75 |

Awesome, I'm guessing level 3 had some spare thermo? | 2011-04-23 01:50:00 Author: iBubek Posts: 682 |
Awesome, I'm guessing level 3 had some spare thermo? I was saving some spare thermo for the players with complex costumes, with the sackbots taking a lot of thermo, but I was able to fill in about another 10% until the level would be overheated during gameplay. I added some more detail in the cutscenes too | 2011-04-25 14:00:00 Author: Bender Posts: 75 |
