Sega Rally - my first ever racing game
Soul Calibur - my favourite game of the first decade of my gaming life
Soul Calibur II - I didn't own it for very long, but I enjoyed it so much
Crazy Taxi - pure fun
Super Mario Bros 3 - classic platforming, and storytelling
Pro Evolution Soccer 4 - the creation segment of the game can not be matched
Devil May Cry 3 - revolutionised my view on video gaming
Pokemon Yellow - great, classic adventure
Time Splitters: Future Perfect - the best multiplayer on any game EVER
007: Nightfire - another fantastic multiplayer game, one of the best
Conker's Bad Fur Day - funny, good story, fun
Super Smash Bros. Melee - very fun, brought togethor some of my favourite characters
Red Dead Redemption - a beautiful game, soming different
Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves - a great platformer, one of my favourite video game characters

Haha such memories, my brothers and I would do the exact same thing, and we'd always trick my little brother into being a weak star, then if you are second player and the hydra, right as soon as the game starts you can barely move and break their star instantly, and then you just blast them around the level and keep them from getting underground. I don't think I've ever played a game for longer extended periods of time than this one, we actually got every single requirement done.

....and then the disc broke

BUT anyways... my top 10:
10-Fire Emblem, both GBA versions
9-Mario Kart Double Dash
8-Guitar Hero 3
7-Legend of Zelda WindWaker
6-Paper Mario, and the Thousand Year Door
5-Uncharted 2

10:Heavy Rain - For it's compeling story, great replayability, and lovely rain.
9:Goldeneye 007 - Still, to this day, the only FPS I enjoy.
8:inFAMOUS: Because the Static Thrusters are fun... Oh, and the rest of the game too

6:Ratchet & Clank/Jak & Daxter series - Because six is my favorite number.
5:Super Mario World - Still the best Mario game. Hands down.
4:The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask - Not enough love for this game, I personaly think it's better than OoT.

2:Banjo-Kazooie series/Rayman series - Has to be a tie here, I love these too much.

Donkey Kong was a great one as well. I've owned all the DKC games up to this point. Unfortunately Banjo Kazooie went from N64 to XBox which I don't have, so I couldn't continue with the series, which is a shame, those games rocked.
DKC was definately great. I had gotten a 360 just for Nuts & Bolts too... It's a fun game, but it isn't much like the old games. Rareware has really fallen, I mean, Kinect Sports? Meh, most of the team is gone anyway. The Stamper Bros. left ages ago, and even Grant is gone. 		2011-05-12 02:33:00

I tried to make a picture of a common top 10 list on the basis of the posts in this thread . Due to the different way of presenting a single list, it was not an easy task. I created a system where each voter has the same number of points available, and I set them as best as I could.
The results showed that, since this is the LBP forum, it is clear that the first two places belong to LBP and LBP2 by far. I think that is objectively to put these two games out of competition, as a special 1 (LBP2) and special 2 (LBP).
For other games top 10 looks like this:

3. Red Dead Redemption
4. Call of Duty Black Ops
5. Batman Arkham Asylum
6. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

metal gear solid is the best game i have ever played. story is amazing...characters are amazing and you really feel connected to the story. the action and gameplay is well designed for the genre. just amazing!

god of war just blew me away when i first played it. greek mythology in raw brutal form. the story is also epic. just keeps you interested to carry on with the series.

Morrowind is my #1 but the order of the others is questionable.
I got so into that game that it was like a second life that started as soon as I was home from school.
