I need a Ice Material that would look good for an Ice Palace for my upcoming level. Any ideas?

I'd suggest using glass material. You can play around with different types of glass for the desired look. For some cool lighting effects, you can use LED lights to reflect off the glass. The LED lights have an option to be invisible in play mode. I'm not 100% certain, but I think you can take a material tweaker and make the glass to no longer be slippery. If not, then there are community levels that offer rare materials including non-slippery glass material. Glass, in my opinion is the most realistic looking ice.

Well glass would be my first choice for ice. Also there's a nice sponge material with snowflakes on it. I don't think it was originally given as a prize, but you can definitely find it in one of the many glitched material levels. I'm pretty sure i have a piece somewhere in my workshop if ya want it.

Glass. Use a variety of different types of glass to make it look effective. What looks particularly good is the waterfall glass when tweaked to have 0% movement.

Yeah just got it, that was a rather evil place to put it...but not as bad as the ones you had to save a bomb to get to them after you blew up the baddies.

that was just... rude Rude of them to have placed the materials hidden that way? I did think it was a bit of an over-do. But not really rude...just mean of them....on the plus side I did fall through their level right about at that location trying to get the material...which made me realise that not only my level have issues.

Back on topic... i think that the waterfall material set to animation speed of zero BUT THE BEST LOOKING ICE I swear is blue "freaky clouds" material set to a low if not 0 animation speed. Try it it looks sooo cool!!

Yeah pretty much. Its a weird, white, misty looking material and is actually also good for water and lava or other liquids. The fact that you can change the color without putting stickers on it is a nice touch too. but.. I'm not quite sure where to find it.

That is funny the furthest I got in the game was that level. Just went and finished it. I gues I should finish the game one of these times to see if there was anything else good to unlock. Butyou're right the cloud stuff does look ice like in a cube.
