| I played this the other day, and it's really excellent. The mechanics are fairly close to a clank game, and you nailed the colorful graphics. The visual style is really beautiful. As you continue with this series, I do have a suggestion - when you destroy an enemy or a box, have a bunch of screws bust out of it, and float back to clank as he gets near them. I have a suggestion on how to accomplish this with minimal thermo: Use a single piece of invisible holo with a follower set to follow a key (set the follow speed REALLY fast and set a really big diameter).. Any time an enemy is destroyed, have the enemy emit an invisible key so that the invisible holo is attracted to it quickly. When the invisible holo reaches the invisible key, have it emit some screws. By doing this, you can have a single floating emitter handle emitting screws for all the enemies. You could also set a follower to follow the player as a lesser priority so the emitter is already near enemies when they are destroyed. | 2011-04-20 15:02:00 Author: CCubbage  Posts: 4430 |
