Does anyone know if there is a caveat with level links that they have to be present in the level in order to work? I'm emitting the scoreboard with the level link and for some reason it sends me back to the pod. | 2011-04-17 01:34:00 Author: Discosmurf Posts: 210 |
ive been experimenting witht his to see whats wrong, idrk. i think its because when you are in a level with a level link, the level link is like the que for the level it links too, so once you enter level the level thats linked to it starts downloading so when you go to link it just links, if emmited maybe it doesent have the time to download at all and sending to pod is its way of avoiding mess ups, idk thats my theory. lol | 2011-04-17 08:12:00 Author: Distinct-Creator Posts: 198 |
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. In fact, when you capture an object with a level link, the link will be empty on emission. Had to solve it with tags instead.
