I was just wondering how on earth you're supposed to get 6000 points! The highest I've ever gotten is 4907, and the Meanie creatures seem almost impossible to defeat and there are many of them. Does anyone have some advice?2011-04-16 00:09:00

Manage your powerups. As soon as you take a hit or 2, look for the one that gives you hp back. If you see 2 of em, save one for when you need it. If you have decent internet speed, try playing online with others. It took 3-4 hours of practice, but I got about 7200 pts by myself. Try staying to the outside and circling around, firing toward the middle.2011-04-16 01:29:00

ummm, If I were you this is what I would do...pay attention to the early beginning. you'll notice lights by each port light up before a mouse creature comes out. if and only if you can notice this should you venture towards the outside walls. the powerups are all on a visually timed respawn aswell. take note of this and use them accordingly. you don't necessarily have to use sparingly just wisely. now the last things you must without a doubt learn to observe. is those freakin holo bullets the large mice shoot. When I first played this level I found these incredibly difficult to see...so even harder to avoid. to get the bubbles you might find it easier to play with others. but I'd be careful. because they can sometimes make it much more difficult...due to the fact that they can push you into the mice accidentally or not. have fun!2011-04-16 08:13:00

If playing by yourself:
Manage your power-ups well. Don't simply take them because it's there. Save good ones like health and extra damage power-ups (and the boost if you can get through far enough).

If playing with multiple users:
Get experienced users to help you acheive your goal of 6k (if they don't mind) Since you have more players, your chances of getting 6k is x4 more likely (in normal circumstances).

Hope this helps.

High score (single): about 9100 pts.
High score (multi): about 14800 pts.

As soon as I got past that second waves all the enemies were really easy and I got like 8000 points, and I'd do it with a friend2011-04-16 18:03:00

It took me a while to complete, but what I did was to keep moving in a counter clockwise circle. Don't allow yourself to get trapped in a corner and never turn back into the opposite direction. also, go for the powerups as soon as they come up.2011-04-20 01:04:00

Am I good for getting 21,100 Points on my first try? Because seriously, once those pink ball things come into play, the level is a piece of cake 2011-04-20 03:26:00

^^ This.

The first waves of baddies that shoot at you are actually the most difficult wave of all. The challenge is in their inherent difficulty, coupled with their minimal point value. Once you get past them, the point values of the other baddies increases disproportionally to their actual difficulty. I think it's something like 100 pts for the third bad-guy type which have a shield and simply take more hits to destroy, in addition to exploding if you're too close when they die.

This mini-game would be much easier if they just gave everyone 3 lives and lowered the point values across the board to adjust for this.

It took me a few times to do this one too, but I find not only being wise with how to use power ups, but taking them at different times, helps. If you need two, try to get one a few seconds after the other. That way at least one item will always be spawning, as by the time you take the last one, the first one has regenerated back. Gives you a consistent supply without needing to wait too much to have something to use. Worked well for me.2011-04-20 17:04:00
