This looks awesome. More awesome than MvC3? Maybe. I'm big fan of both fighting series and I can't wait to see what this will end up as. Really, why in all those Japanese beat'em ups there are always lame/fad/laughable character that really few cares about? (Dhalsim, Bob, Kuma...) Anyway, the game seems cool.

Because everyone needs a laugh sometimes. Not like whole roster is going to be full of deep serious fighters who don't have sense of humor. I mostly pick silly less-popular character in fighting games because they always have something unique in fighting games. *cough*Viewtiful Joe in Marvel vs Capcom 3*cough*

The point is not the laugh per se, but the fact that it ruins my sense of immersion in the game. Either you make a game that is completely bonkers or one that is completely serious. Half and half hardly work fine.

I think im more looking forward to Tekken X Street Fighter (yes they are two different games) . I never really got into the hardcore fighting of street fighter, and i like the more 3D combo feel of the Tekken games. I'll probably still rent this one though

It's definitely a game I'm looking forward to but I don't get how it should work. There are "I'm doing the same move over and over again because I only have about 10 annoyingly difficult to perform moves I can choose from and just 2-3 that are really usefull" Street Fighter characters fighting "I have an extremely long list of easy and fluently to use moves and combos too choose from and not breaking my thumbs while trying to perform just one stupid move" Tekken characters. Hmm...I'm already terrified of fighting Street Fighter fans.
