Hey there, I don't usually write recommendations, but this level is one that you've GOT to play. If you're a portal fan, then you should really enjoy this. Flawless working portal systems, as well as quite fun gameplay to go alongside it. There's not much else to say to be honest - just play it, and start thinking with portals. Probably the best portal level on LBP I've played so far. That could be it, but they could also have timers set to contact sensors and the X button. When you stop jumping, you move faster while you fall. If you enter a portal, you would respawn with that timer still set to the amount it was on using wireless holograms. The timers would tell the new destination to move out of the portal at the same speed it was going at. This would, of course, have the problem of moving fast to the right or something. But it's possible, it would just be much more complex, such as using rotators to say which direction the sackbot would move in, and etc. (I havn't played the level yet, if I saw the level I could say for sure... but that is just my thought) | 2011-04-26 12:59:00 Author: BloodShot9001 Posts: 116 |
since people cant see the level at moment, here is a vid of the old level i made in the beta, the remake works better, but it shows the concept pretty well. oh and the guesses so far as to how it works are wrong, though i'm not saying those ideas wouldn't work .
