I've noticed recently that when you have a good amount of wires it starts lagging quite a bit.

I THINK if you have 50+ logic pieces in one chip, then it get's laggy. It has to do with the wires atoumatic pathing I belive. I haven't had problems though, because nothing I've made's that complicated.

yes its wire pathing, try to device your circuit in to smaller microchips if you can

So just put less things in each microchip even if that means there will be more microchips?

Yep. I found if i use more microchips it tends to get rid of the lag effect. Sometimes i even place the chip quite a distance away from the object so it doesnt clog up the section. Thats helped me alot recently.

hmmm, interesting. I noticed this type of lag also. Wires, or the amount of wires definitely effect this type of "Lag". I not sure how to avoid this if you have a selector switch with 20+ outputs.....
