I have a randomizer choose between 1 and 7 on a selector but every time I unpause it chooses 6. I change it to play mode and it chooses 6 again. That defeats the whole point of what I'm trying to do if it keeps choosing the same number. Is there anyway to fix this?

Emit the randomizer. Each time it is emited, it starts a new pattern. I know what your going to say. "But then I can't have the wires connected." Well that's where tags come in. Emit the randomizer with a different tag at each output and each input on the selector has a tag sensor. Does that make sense?

I think they have a tendency to chose the pattern they'll excute instantly, rather than choose the next output randomly as it's needed. When in create mode this also applies, so if it chooses 6 as the first output, even if you rewind it still has the same pattern stored? Have you tried going back to your pod then re entering the level? It should choose a new sequence then. I don't know the ins and outs of how they work but I've came across the same issue with one of my levels - if I choose to replay in play mode it always follows the same pattern, but once I come out of the level and back in a new pattern is set. If you're still having trouble, maybe it's glitched? Replace it with a new one and see if that does anything, or have it turn on at a certain point by isolating it on its own circuit board or something, then again I don't see why you'd need to do that, it should just work.

Thanks. Leaving the level and going back made it choose another number.
