Hey, What do you guys think would be good music in LBP? I think Paper Planes by MIA would be good, atleast the beat not vocals.

I think some Radiohead stuff might be cool as well. But it seems like they are limiting custom music because of copyright issues. Time will tell though.

Dual of the fates - Star Wars Phantom Menace Intergalactic - Beastie Boys Through the fire and flames - Dragonforce (the song alone would make a level stressful...) 1234 - Fiest handlebars - Flobots Crazy- Gnarles Barkley...I just want to make a level based off the video... Clint Eastwood - Gorillaz Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen Lonely Day - System of the Down...You could tell a story with this song Island in the sun - Weezer I dont think these songs are a perfect fit...but I believe I could tell a story with my levels using these pieces...

A lot of it depends on the mood of your level. Since I'm not even sure what levels I'm going to make, I wouldn't know which music would go well. I like some of the songs on Noonian's list though

You can actually make your own music on the game. They have kinda mentioned it several times [the first time they mentioned it was a mistake by a a guy from the team who opened his mouth a little bit too much]. So don't worry a lot about the soundtrack 'cause we'll be able to make our own freakin' music!! Two games in one!! :O

I liked the music from the gdc demo. I thought they made that up until recently my cousin said it was in a really old game. Ahh well sure they will have great music in the game.

That's not from an old game. The music at GDC was the Go! Team, I think it was recorded in 2007.
