It's not the Elizabethan Doublet but it looks like it sort of( it's not the santa one either)....... I Dont know where to Find it I need help please

That's not a shirt, though it does appear in the torso section of your costumes. That's the Silk Spectre belt (which also has a collar attached) from the Watchmen DLC. At least I'm about 95% sure it is.

OK I think I got it Thanks So Much Guys It looks like the track suit with a collar and the Silk Spectre belt. Now I can find it easier Thanks again
