Every now and then I think: "Why not make a really creative planet?". My creativity is often limited when I discover I can only place about 15-20 decorations on my planet. Today, I was looking through comunity levels and found a planet that had over 50 decorations on it. The point of this thread is that I am wondering... How do people pass this limit?

I'm guessing different decorations take up different amounts of thermometer space.

How many different decorations are you trying to use? You can probably have more decorations if you keep your selection smaller. Personally, I only use about 5-6 on my Earth.

I always see lots of sleeping sackbot screens on people's planets, at least 15, so I don't understand either. I hate this too. I'm trying to add lots of grass and stuff onto my planet.

If I recall correctly, 50 is the deco limit on sackpeople and on the player's earth, so dunno what's the problem here. Y got one with about 50 decos and uses about 7 different types, so I'm not sure if its that.

The limit is 50 there must either already be decorations on the planet or you're placing multiple deocrations down which is easy to do if there's lag. Are you using the "reset planet" button in your popit or are you using the sticker edit tool to remove decorations?

I use the reset planet thingymajig to start a new planet. It IS possible that I'm accedentally putting more than one decoration in the same place. I'll check that next time I get on LBP2.

Perhaps it is the decorations you're using, because I placed well over 20 just fine, using only the light stalk things from Victorias Lab. Doesnt seem like theyd take up much space, so its possible.

When you're putting a Deco, do you hear like fifty clicks instead of one? That's the sign of putting more than one. :kz:

Just discovered that the problem was the electrical filament (or whatever). It takes up TONS of space.
