I don't use Lbp 1 anymore but anyways... If you get out the chinese women from the island (when she pointing here walking stick) you'll notice she was a glitched red mouth. Tweak it and go to change the text and you'll get some random code. WHAT DOES IT MEAN???

I'll try. Bascicly, if you get the charecter from the islands, you know the master one, when shes got were walking stick pointing east you'll see she has a glitched mouth(its red) and then tweak it to change the text and then were the text shold be there is some random code. If this doesn't help i'll post picture

I remember reading about this in a thread somewhere before. IIRC it had something to do with being a link to retrieve the actual text from somewhere else. I didn't pay much attention to it when I read it but I think that was the gist of it. If I find the thread I'll give you link, otherwise some else can confirm/correct me.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN??? It's an identifier used as a lookup in a string table for i18n. ...or in English: it's a magic code used to make it easy to translate the dialog into different foreign languages.

It would have been great if the code was what coloured the text pink. That would have been a big step in creating... but multiple languages is good as well i suppose lol.
