I don't know if it should go here, so if it doesn't can a moderator move it? This happened back in February: I was playing LBP2, and my sister stopped playing, so due to certain rules we estabilished, so I wasn't allowed to go any farther into story mode. Luckily my friend was playing at that time, so I hopped into his pod and started playing the cosmos levels (we were at eve's asylum, he had already beaten the game) and went through each one in order and finally beat the negativitron. My sister wanted to play again, so I said goodbye, and me and her started playing. The reason I typed that lame story out was because the levels I hadn't gotten too were still locked, but I had unlocked all the levels of the cosmos Weird? I understand it, I just wanted to know what you guys thought ~doodle

This happened to me in LBP1. After getting YLOD i was up to gardens/savannah in story, and I joined someone who I didn't know was playing the first temples level. After playing I had unlocked the second one but none of the levels in between xD (proved by if I set my costumes to 'newest' in LBP1, temples stuff comes before metropolis.etc )

Weird? I understand it, I just wanted to know what you guys thought It's not terribly clear what you mean, but I'd guess if you're both playing on the same PS3, but on two different profiles, then the status of which levels are unlocked is based on the profile of the player who's playing on controller 1. If at any point you were playing on a "guest" profile, then none of your progress would be remembered.

No, me and my friend were playing online, he was at his house and I was at mine, and I only stayed on my regular profile.

Weird. But can all be solved as sackboy has a secret teleporter so when your friends playing he teleports to the Cosmos.
