Lethal sackbots!!!

Based on the assumption that all these sackbot tutorials flying around indicate a vast number of creators knowledgeable on the respective subject, I'm hoping my question will be answered by someone significantly enlightened in the field of sackbot usage.

Here goes... 'When making hostile blood thirsty sackbots (specificly the hand-to-hand, cutlass to sackthing's throat kind), is there any way of having them 'off' sackboy/girl in a realistic manner?'

Creatinators are out of the question within my current level design as it would ruin the archaic theme. Equally, i'd rather not have sackthing's enemies spontaneously combusting for no apparent reason. I have toyed with the idea of having them hurl my sackboy to his death with the grabinators but decided against it.

The super streetfighter concept looked promising though. I can't imagine having specificly devised actions for sackbots killing my sackboy, or even a player controlled sackbot for that matter (which would again require more logic and effort), are going to be easy to create...

Any invigorating ideas?

Sorry... How can I make sackbots kill me and have it looking realistic... As if they'd just skewered sackthing rather than burtsing into flames and burning him....?

welllll....... time to open up a canof logicz, first you know you can put a emmiter in the sackbot right? second "realistic" is difficult... your going to need basic knoledge of controlling sackbots. ie, spawning in them custom attack and death sequences... etc. if it sees to hard i may be able to help, make you have a sackbot etc. but im kinder busy right now. working on intense sackbot logic theres an old outdated vesion in my signature for an example of "realistic" i guess2011-04-10 01:01:00

I did indeed know that you can place emitters in sackbots and yes it will be difficult... I can just about manage death sequences... Not so much the custom attacks. Learning first hand can only be positive in the end though. And thanks... I'll take a look at your level.

Oh... There really isn't the need for you to go to all that trouble !!!

However, if you do have any premade sackbots with these kinds of animations i wouldn't mind a level link or something... Really... Many thanks
