Why Two locked level after completing game?

| I've played through LBP2 once, very nearly finished Acing all the levels and have got the vast majority of prize bubbles. But I look at the LBP2 world and still see two locked levels. One is in Victoria's Laboratory , above "The Cackeinator" The other is in Eve's Asylum, left of "Up and At' em" What gives? The keys are located in the level, sometimes along with some of the harder to reach prize bubbles. | I finally found them, surprised I missed them actually. Probably because I've mainly been concentrating on getting all the prize bubbles on each level [very close, 5 bubbles to go], then Acing each level, which I just managed to finish today. I just need the LBP2 server to stay online for a decent amount of time, keep getting disconnected or can't connect with 0x80710092 error message.
