here are the rules! Sackboy has to be able to enter and exit the contraption out of the water. Sackboy must control it from within the drivers seat ? no remote control. It needs to be able to travel in all directions underwater. Out of the water it should behave differently (after all, submarines can?t swim in air). Nothing else else is required. Torpedos etc. can be added, but it's not what they?re asking for, so i'd rather you focus on making the swimming fun and interesting. i got these on rocket cheetah!

Ok, I haven't found it yet on the LBPC Forums but this isn't explained very good. Also, when is the deadline, what are the prizes etc. All these things are necessary to get people entering. Also, there isn't a link to the official CC13 Thread on the PS Forums where you have to post your entry. So, this post needs a lot of work before it's completely perfect. Also, explain the things it has to do in an ordered list. That makes it very clear on what to do and what not.
