Cooperative levels operate the same way as LBP1.

In versus levels, each player's view focuses on their own sackperson. Game Cameras only affect the view of those players in their radius, whereas Movie Cameras affect all players.

It seems worth noting that if you want separate per-player view in versus levels, the game cameras have to be activated through a signal 'owned' by that player - for example, a signal from a controlinator.2011-04-05 22:55:00

Hi
If you want multiplayer split screen, you need to set the level options to VERSUS instead of COOP. This will mean every person playing that level will have the game camera focus on thier sackperson. COOP just forces the same view for all. I think the view follows player who selected the level (player 1).
For a good multiplayher setup. make the level a VERSUS one, and set up a sackbot with controllinator seat and on his base chip place a GAME CAMERA. Set its activation ZONE to encmpass the Controllinator (and the player in it) set the camera view to a nice screen sized view. and set the game camera to focus around 90% on the player.

Copy this controllinator/sackbot set up for all 4 players. Now when they control thier sackbot the will view him/her through the camera view on thier sackbot.

MOVIE CAMERA forces all players to view it at the same time whenever anyone activates it.
