Headshot Detection?

I made a survival level. Its way diffrent compared to the other ones, it has AI running around too! You have a creatinator which shoots Bullets (Which have tags on them, tags trigger when it hits an enemy sackbot containing the same trigger). But is it possible to let it do headshots? You know, the enemies can take up to 5 shots before they die, but having headshots enabled, would make it just one shot until they die. Is it possible? If so, how? You quite literally have to create a hit box for that. For example, have two boxes of holograhpic material follow the enemies (use a follower, make sure that it follows a different tag for each enemy).
