Anybody still playing this? I plan to get it boxing day.. Still loads of glitches / bugs and whatever with it? & How awkward would it be with a laptop mouse pad?

I bought it, it was fun while it lasted, but that wasnt long, Space gets boring, its really repetitive. and i didnt notice many glitches

i never really was that into it. I wanted to try but my lack of a good PC also held me back though.

Do yourself a favor and spend your money on something else. Spore was way too objective based, and because of the different stats decided by what your creature is made of, limited the creation process a lot.

I'll have to agree, Spore was a piece of repetitive lameness. Especially the Space stage. OH GOD WE'RE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE UNIVERSE AND WE'RE BEING ATTACKED HELP US OUR TURRETS DON'T WORK GOOD JOB WASTING YOUR MONEY, STUPID. I think it was the first game that I actually didn't feel guilty over, uh, acquiring it. rly, it was so bad. =E

Thank God I only borrowed it, and yeah I didn't even beat Space Stage, it just got really meh, boring.

I turned spore off once the incredibly boring third stage started. The best stage is by far the cell stage but it lasts ten minutes. the creature phase was ok but the only way to win is to create a creature thats a right mean mother fu**er or the next X-Factor winner. If you want to follow your dreams and make a giant penis or just a man you can't. Avoid it, the Sims 3 will be out not long after boxing day and that will be much better for fans of Maxis and Will Wright (even though he isn't designing 3)

This was the biggest disappointment of a game ever for me. My favourite stage was the tribal stage.
