Trying to figure out what this is and how to get it. and oh yeah, HEY!

Hi and welcome. I think they are still available on the store. They are free and appear in the hands section of your costumes when you have them. Unfortunately they can't actually be equipped as a costume piece. You just select them as you would any other costume piece but instead of being equipped they just produce an animation for sackboy while your popit is still open. I won't say what incase you want a surprise. They're just a bit of fun, but as they're free you may aswell have them.

As Mistervista says they are just quirky little animations. I believe they were released one April 1st as an April fools gag
