Is there a way to copy and paste sections of a level?

| If there is an "air gap" betten an object and the background, say something is on the level closest to you and the background is in the furthest one, you should be able to highlight just the object. As soon as it comes into contact with the background though it will capture the whole thing though. Say there is a cut out in the background, and the object is bigger than the cut away area, you cannot (easily at least) just get the object itself. | You don't have to 'capture' an object to copy/paste it. While using the cursor, hold down and drag to select all objects within a certain area. Then, L3 will copy it. Move to a blank area and paste, then delete your background. If you still want to capture it, you have a clean copy now.
