Test your hardware. (http://www.testmyhardware.com/) Download it, install it, and run it. Click "System Summary", and when it's done, click the "print" button and copy & paste the text into a post. It will provide all the information needed for us to see what you've got going on in your PC.

You can actually go to google type " Can YOU run it" Click on the website, it's like systemlab something, it's meant for games, find the game you want to play, it'll analyze your computers specs and tell you if you meet the mininum and recommended requirements. If not, it'll tell you exactly what you need to upgrade. Video cards are a big part of this.

EDIT: Actually, here you go, this is the website. http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest

ok i looked and my Processor is an Intel Celeron(R) CPU 2.40 GHz at a speed of 2394 MHz. I need to keep it fairly cheap but i still need to get a new set up. I have two things that are fairly inexpensive on amazon. I don't know if they're worth it though. Take a look:
Processor:

Unless you plan on upgrading your RAM too (2GB suggested, 3GB preferred), it might not be worth it for you. RAM can be finicky, so be careful when buying it. It needs to be compatible with your PC.
