I am one of the lucky people who have a 3D TV and I was thinking the other day if a real 3d level could be made using the picture on picture 3d mode? what this does is take two images that are placed one above the other and stretch them to be full screen then it interlaces the images together to work with shutter glasses. So my idea is to make a long thin level (height being from the top of my tv down to half way) I will then copy the whole level and place it under the original and to the left by one small square. The trouble with this idea is I cant use sackboy or sackbots or else they will by stretched to twice there size so it would have to be block im thinking side scrolling shooter like Rtype. unless anyone can think of a reason why this wont work I might have a little dabble and see what I can come up with.

Sounds like it just might work. Have you tried a mock-up yet? Though if you want to reach a bigger audience, red and green hologram might be the way to go.

1 i have tried this in lbp1 with glass and it failed, but with holo i think it would work great! 2 i think even more people could use it if it was red and blue. 3 can i help?
