theres this glitch thats happening on my account everytime i go to a level 1st player doesnt come out of the checkpoint it says hes dead and he only comes out of the scoreboard. so if i want to go to a level i have to sign in as a guest -_-. then when my brother plays on his account everything is fine this has happened everytime i play and i HATE IT someone please tell me how to fix it

Is this each and every level? Has anything strange happened to your account before? Do you have any glitched items in your inventory? Can you use create mode? Have you tried playing offline & online? What did you do before this happened?

It happens in every level except the last boss No nothing has no glitched items I can use create but idont come out the checkpoint i come out of the bottom left corner Yes i did it happens online and off I played story mode then i played a community level (some sackbot fight) then it started happening BTW when were at the level it was my account and 2nd player was a different account 1 more thing at getsatisfaction.com/littlebigplanet i made a post about this and will QA_mediamolecule ever answer my post because i really want the answer from them

Sounds like a variant of the thecx-men glitch. I believe MM have been aware of the issue for some time, but there's still no fix for it. Deleting your profile and restarting the game from scratch will fix it, or you can revert to a profile backup you made prior to experiencing this problem. Otherwise, you'll have to put up with it until MM release a fix, which could be a very long wait.

yep still didnt work Strange. Perhaps whatever it is about the profile that's messed-up isn't being overwritten correctly. How about if you first delete your profile from Game Data (effectively restarting the game), confirm that this fixes the problem, and then import the profile made prior to the point where you first encountered the problem.

1.how do i delete it First, make a backup of your current profile in case this doesn't work. From the XMB, go to "Game" -> "Game Data Utility". Find your LBP2 profile - it's the one with your username in front of it. Press triangle, and choose "Delete" 2.how do you comfirm it Start up LBP2, but don't import any profile at this time. Instead just play through the Story Mode from the start to confirm you're able to spawn correctly from checkpoints - if you can't then something is seriously messed up. If that works, import a profile backup made prior to the time it started going wrong. After you've done that, re-test the Story Mode to confirm everything works.
