I want to restart all over again.. plz help me, i can't find any option like ' start over' or 'reset story mode'.. any one can help me?

If you're absolutely certain that you want to restart, you'll need to delete you game save data, and possibly your profile data too (you'll find both from the ps3 xmb screen). I'd highly recommend making a backup of them to a usb stick though, just in case you change your mind. Hope that helps

Was this a feature in LBP 1 or in another game? I can remember seeing this feature somewhere...

This was not a feature of LBP1 and has not changed in LBP2. You can play the story levels over and over, so there would be little point to this, aside from giving the player an opportunity to recollect the prize bubbles. You need to erase your game save data to remove the collected objects from your popit.
