Depends what you call LBP account, LBP game profile is build up on 3 systems: -PSN Account - holds everything that is online and work without your PS3 turned on, Published Levels, Pins, trophy etc. you can use it with any PS3 user accounts and any PS3 machine you want and you will have access to this stuff, it also cares what DLC you buy and you can redownload stuff if you got new PS3. This laso includes your online name so yes you can always use same name as long as you use same PSN account. -Your PS3 user account - PS3 have support of multiply users, each have sperete save space and settings, which means each can have its own seperate LBP Game profile. Also each can be log in to one PSN account in one time (you can relogin to another anytime). DLC downloaded in one works in all of them as long as you go user with that PSN used to buy it. Each have it's own name and LBP use it when you play it offline, you can name it as oyu want since it's only in that machine. You can only retrevet with PS3 backup tool -LBP Game Profile (LBP Save file) -it's a file containing all the data that is stored offline, costumes, moon, objects and story progression setting stuff like that. You can back up it. It's don't have a name so it can be used with any PSN account or PS3 profile, BUT... if you do so you lose ability to get pins and trophys, it's a protection from cheating, im not sure its happen if you use diffret PS3 profile, PSN or diffrent PS3 machine, someone know?. I dont know what you want to do but it should give you hints | 2011-03-25 01:24:00 Author: Shadowriver Posts: 3991 |
