| Hi folks, The last couple of weeks I've been buisy creating something special... A very addicting LBP mini-game wich is playable in third-person 3D! The basic idea is to control a vehicle, that keeps on riding (infinite level) untill you bump into an obstacle. There will be diffrent kinds of obsticles for you to dodge and shoot, and the further you'll get, the more difficult the level becomes and the faster you will drive. The mini-game will be split into multiple 'stages' or 'levels' (no level links involved; see screenshot below) which will vary in difficulty and scenery. If everything goed according to plan, I'll be able to finish it next week! The first sceenshot of "Hover Arcade 3D" can be viewed below. Note that this a very basic view of the level. There will be much more going on in the level once it's done, but this is just to give you guys an idea of the camera angle, some of the weapons and the 3D-HUD (using my own font)  http://img163.imageshack.us/img163/2976/aphoto.jpg I've already made a menu system (with sub-menus) and quite some logic that will control the difficulty curve and the randomness of the level. | Allright, time for a little heads-up here... The project is kinda delayed because I've let some people play it, and tweaked the controls a lot so everybody was happy with it. The idea is to create a game that everyone can pick up and play, but is hard to master. Also, I've added some extra features to the concept like power-ups, a health system and an advanced score system.
