What is the Spotlight Team? The Spotlight Team is a team of 4-5 members who would come up with the levels to be Spotlighted each fortnight. Why a team instead of one person on his own? A team would be beneficial in many ways. For one, it would provide varying opinions, which would mean a more "colorful" Community Spotlight. It would also mean less work for each individual member, but overall more coverage of the levels. This would result in more levels for you guys to play, and less would be missed or otherwise skimmed over. As of now, since I'm pretty much on my own, I miss out on some of the less popular levels because I don't have the time to play them. What would each individual Spotlighter's job be? Following a set of predefined questions I'll provide, a Spotlighter would play through 4-5 different levels every couple of days and decide whether or not a level is worth spotlighting. From there, the Spotlighter would add that level to their own personal list of levels using a template I provide. What would the entire process be? On around Monday or Tuesday of the week the Spotlight would be posted, each list would be compared and pruned by the Spotlighters (a private forum will be provided). Once about 10-15 levels have been decided on, their authors will be PMed with the information and a request for any special information (special description, video, screenshots). When Friday rolls around, I'll take the final list, compile it together and clean it up if necessary, then post it. How can I sign up? As of now, I'm guaging interest for this, meaning it may not actually happen. If enough people are interested, it will probably go forward. Anyway, to sign up just send me a PM and let me know you're interested. If I trust your judgement, I'll add you to the team.

I'll join, how many levels would I have to check daily? Or is it like 5 or so levels every 2-3 days? If so I can definately do this, now that my computer is virus-free and I'm back into LBP. I'll PM you and whatnot.

I like the idea, and hope that more good creations are called out. Until the search/cool levels sucks less, the spotlight is really the best way to be sure you're playing quality creations. I don't think there's any way I could make a commitment to contribute regularly, otherwise I'd be happy to contribute somehow.

I don't think there's any way I could make a commitment to contribute regularly, otherwise I'd be happy to contribute somehow. Sure, there's a couple of ways. If you like a level you've found on the site, say so in the thread! The more people who praise it, the higher chance we'll end up trying it ourselves, which means a better chance at it getting into the Spotlight. If there's something we missed in a given spotlight, let us know. We've got a team now, so it's unlikely we'll miss as many, but it's still possible. Finally, if we add a level to the Spotlight that you disagree with (rare, but it may happen), don't be afraid to tell us. Make sure to explain why you think it was undeserving, though, so we know where we went wrong.

I'd really love to help on this (with alot of things on here actually), but once again due to my lack of time on LBP as i'm in uni and PS3 is at home i can't Still, This is a great idea cause when the levels are suggested, i can just go home and find good levels easily!
