I just had a thought. Remember YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.? This was part of my first experience of LittleBigPlanet. When I didn't know much about the game, when someone said "LittleBigPlanet" my immediate thought went to "That game with the pirate ship?" And I just realized that it's...not in the game. It disappeared completely, with no other form of it in the game. I really wonder what became of this level. Maybe just decided it was too short and not varied enough to be a good level? Could've made a good mini-game, at least. If not a good part of a level. Anybody else notice it? Or it just me, as usual?

Nope, I remember it. And its pointing more and more as if its going to be released as DLC as a pack (All Sea-side related stuff seems to have gone missing...) I also remember that song from the GDC 07 trailers, and it definitely doesn't sound unplayable. Then there's the seaside background. And i'm sure there was an object or 5 that i've seen in trailers but not in the game. Sounds fishy to me... (Pun Intended!)

this definetly seemed to be a minigame. and they said they would be releasing full level packs that add to the story, so i wouldnt be suprised if MM released a beach level pack, with three main levels, and a few minigames.

Theres alot of stuff that seems to have been 'scrapped' so to say. It's a shame - i don't want to pay for anything like that. If it's free i'll greet it with open arms. If not... well.... meh...

Pirates notified Mm letting them know that they were offended by the content. Theres alot of stuff that seems to have been 'scrapped' so to say. Also, look at the Gamestop LBP trailer. There's one part that shows an underwater level, that looks like it's made by Mm. It could be part of the Seaside theme.
