ASSS: Arcade Side Scrolling Shooter

Hi ALL

I am looking for some ideas and feedback for my first serious attempt at a level. Its an arcade side scrolling shooter, utilizing invisible limitation and rolling window approach.

its not finished, but i need a break from it to gather some more feedback. I have already got and applied some good feedback from the official PS3 forums, but thought I ought to try here as well

please have a play and let me know what you think.. any comments greatly appreciated

I wouldn't normally play an unfinished level, but I have a special interest in scrolling shooters My last published level was a scrolling shooter of a sort.

It looks great and plays smoothly! One thing I found distracting was the strobe lights; I wasn't sure if they could hurt me or what. Keep up the good work.		2011-03-17 01:00:00

Looks good.

I liked the graphics... it was flashy but simple for an arcade shooter.

For your next version:
-final boss too easy
-die if go off the edge of the screen on the left, which is quite easy to do on accident
-too short? (i know that this is hard to fix... ~)
-its not really challenging
-make it so i cant see my sackboy when i get in the ship!


that is a lot of improvement suggestions but I liked it. I would play it again after you update it more.
