After a while of checking if it might still be there, I finally just buy the 24 episode for $2.99. After the download, I checked it, and its Download Center was still up. I looked through it and saw the hat, still available. http://www.littlebigplanet.com/images/assets/shared/dlc/headers/qorecap.jpg Please note this is US. Not sure about other areas I think Mm just forgot about it or something. If Mm knew it was still there, they should really remove the "Rare item" on the description

It's still rare only to people who aren't hardore LBP DLC collectors. The price of the episode may be steep but, some people think it's worth actually having a hat without some kind of decoration on it like the Star Cap. Mm made it rare because people would wonder where do you get such an item.

oh cool, what episode # is it? i could make it rain up to a $2.99 price, I think. the "darn" birthday cake came out a couple weeks after I had to sell my PS3 in '09 (along with the water beta D... LBP1's week 1 shirt will never be mine, and i don't even know what was up with the star cap and shirt. that's all i need.

@ NinjaMicWZ Star shirt, was released on the psp launch day(for 2.99 euros / dolllars ) the star cap was realeaded for free, to the ones that had the star shirt already. so this lbp core hat, would it be ever availble for european version of lbp2??

Nothing LBP is actually rare anymore. Sure.... they'll tell you it's rare, and then re-release it to everyone else again on the same day every year after year after year.

Ha, yeah, I tracked this down and bought it just for the security guards in my Junkyard Jailbreak level. I desperately needed a straight forward baseball cap. The only one I had was a sideways "gangsta" style one that looked silly (maybe there's one somewhere else -- I haven't gotten 100% in either game -- but I didn't have one). $2.99 and a 2 GB download just for that hat, but it made the outfit work (after covering the logo with stickers)!

Thanks for the info. Question tho (probably a dumb one, but can't hurt to ask). Can I delete the episode after downloading? Don't want to waste precious GBs (and I frankly don't want it cluttering up my XMB).

Whats this about an episode? Qore episode 24. There's a download section in the episode.
