Need help finding level showcased in LBP2 trailer

| Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew if the level shown at 1:22 in the first official trailer for LBP2 (sackboy shoots some sort of green illuminating material up a curved passageway) is still available in the retail version? I know that anything on the BETA wasn't allowed to have been brought over to the retail game but does this mean that a lot of those levels shown in the trailer just don't exist anymore?? I would love to play several levels featured in the trailer but number one of them all would be the one featured right at 1:22 seconds. Apologies if this question has been asked already.
