Logic for Quiz-Type Menu?

I'm somewhat new at making logic, but I have the basics. I'm attempting to create a menu chain (found a tutorial for that) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YVhaxKZpl0k) that, if the "correct" choices are made, will add to your score (I'll use the score tweaker). Now, I want to make it so that: ~ . . . if you have made enough "correct" answers, more menu options will be added. I understand to use score sensors, but how do I make those options unusable but visible ("grayed out") until then? ~ . . . making one choice will take you to another menu, and so on, and after a chain of submenus, you will go back to the original menu. How can I make this appear seamless (rather than panning the camera to a new location in the level)? ~ . . . having the controlinator for the menu do nothing for desired periods of time. I want to do cutscenes in the beginning, the very middle, and the end, and having someone use the menus when they aren't onscreen could have them mess up their own points. ~ . . . having the player's score start at zero and build up, but going back to zero from having a score would result in a bad end, and having someone reach zero from a selected score result in a *different* bad end.
