It's on the level pipe dreams, you need to activate the sticker switch with the red fist, and when you get to the big bridge thing that is knocked down by a lady after you pull a switch, in the middle of the bridge you will notice something hanging above your head, you need to use the grabinators to grab a sackbot, and hit the bottom of it with it, you may have to stand further up the bridge, when you hit it, it will tip over, and two prizes will fall off, one of those is the sackbot heart screen decoration.
