Heart-Break HavenThe-Questor A place where souls go once there owner's hearts have broke. My first Silhoutta level, and my first go at making my own music!! In other news: Well, this is my last PSP level. There's no point in creating in a game that the developers don't support. So, as of now, I offically retire from PSP. )>-_-)> If anyone finds sometime off LBP2 to play this, I'll be REALLY appreciative. | 2011-03-09 03:08:00 Author: The-Questor Posts: 1328 |
+ positives: the pink and black colours looked great! lots of detail and a good story with a good ending. - negatives: an extra character perhaps? neutral: overall :star::star::star::star::star: and a hehe <3 will take a picture but I've got maths homework for a test :kz: | 2011-03-09 04:39:00 Author: jimydog000 Posts: 813 |
wow if everyones leaving i guess that means i should just start drawing up lbp2 blueprints instead of working on lbp psp levels... | 2011-03-09 08:10:00 Author: spok22 Posts: 206 |
WHAAAAAAAT? Ok, hold on. If everyone is leaving LBP PSP, then that means... NO MORE (good) NEW LEVELS! I only have LBP for the PSP, so I can't just draw Blueprints for LBP2 levels. Not to mention, any new levels end up being noobish levels like " Ideas for Update 2.06" Man... this fourm is shrinking faster than ratings on a new level with too much logic. | 2011-03-09 15:04:00 Author: junk-Warrior7 Posts: 276 |
- negatives: an extra character perhaps? That was my original intent. The main problem was my thermo, it decided to abutt after the 3rd character. So, I had to reduce the cast to 2 characters. Thanks for the feedback buddy. @Spok22: Yeah the forum is shrinking really fast. I would recommend just giving feedback to the few PSP creators left, that's what I've decided to do. @Junk-Warrior7: Though this forum's PSP section is shrinking, you must understand that this IS the place for PSPers. LBN & LBL doesn't have ANY PSPers at all. LBPC has few, but at least the threads get replies. : Does that make sense? | 2011-03-09 17:57:00 Author: The-Questor Posts: 1328 |
:tophat: I bow my head to you THE QUESTOR, IF this is your true LBP PSP RETIREMENT then I will hold a Thread where everyone pays respect to you. GOODBYE MY FRIEND....(YOU WERE ALWAYS ONE OF MY FAVOURITE CREATORS AND A ROLE MODEL TO ALL THE LBP PSP ROOKIES OUT THERE) Wow, I never considered myself more than a boy who liked to create. I <3 U Your last level, Noooooooooooo! Will download as soon as PSN is working pal! Well, I'll still give feedback (once my wi-fi is working) to levels, I'm only retiring from Create mode, not the ENTIRE game. | 2011-03-10 01:23:00 Author: The-Questor Posts: 1328 |

*phew* for a moment there I thought you were retiring from lbp in general | 2011-03-10 04:29:00 Author: jimydog000 Posts: 813 |
will u be getting lbp psp2 questor? Highly Unikely. I'm strapped for cash so unless my father decides to shell out $300+, I''ll be leaving the PSP2. *phew* for a moment there I thought you were retiring from lbp in general No, just the PSP create mode. There's no point in creating a level that people won't play, right? | 2011-03-10 05:03:00 Author: The-Questor Posts: 1328 |
Hey Questor! You've made a nice level. It has an interesting concept, but I think it is too short to be completely exploted, as somebody else already tolds you, it would have been better if you would have added another character. Also, I was a bit lost with all these kills and teleporters at the middle of the level, but maybe it was my fault. Your visuals are very good, it reminds me the last part of my level Hayal Dunyasi, I don't know if you get a bit of inspiration from it, but your level looks really good, but I think you put too much clouds on it and this bad, because although clouds look nice, they get repetitive as you go through the level And finally, your music, this was the most original aspect of the level for me, and it is great. Well done! I gave you :star::star::star::star:. And I hope to see you making more levels in the future | 2011-03-10 06:13:00 Author: rOckalOvEer x73 Posts: 112 |
Wow! I absolutely LOVED this level T-Q! Your visuals were top notch, and show you're definitely in the top echelon of PSP creators! I've never seen a level concept quite like this before, I loved going back and participating in the story's of the silhouetted heartbroken souls. The visual change when you go into their stories was awesome! The story was humorous and intriguing, and the characters were beautifully created! The fact that you made your own music (and that if worked and fit perfectly!) was amazing! Some people may want more bubbles, but I can appreciate many different styles of level. I had a blast moving through your little world and uncovering the stories behind the heartbroken souls. This level proves how versatile you have become! Please don't leave LBP PSP T-Q! Sure, some of the old PSPers may be absent lately, but we've still got Kindred on the horizon, plus this awesome community here on LBPC with great rising creators like you and nysudyrgh and JetArtois- we've got at least 7 months until the NGP comes out, and I can promise you that I'll be playing LBP PSP until then! You've just gotten so good at PSP create, it'd be a shame to not see any more from ya! Anyways, in summation: Awesome level, I've never seen a level quite like it! I hope you stick around and make at least a few more gems for us! <3 and a long overdue Creator <3 | 2011-03-10 07:57:00 Author: SeekingTruth86 Posts: 151 |

It's an honor to be ranked up amongst a MONSTER of a level like that!! Wow! I absolutely LOVED this level T-Q! It's sort of like jumping out of a sinking ship, everyone will eventually get to the water, just some before others. So chap, I'd rather be one to get off the ship first, to save myself from all that hard work of creating another level, and no one ends up playing it. I personally love LBP PSP, it's what got me into Create mode, but unfortunately, Cambridge doesn't seem to love LBP PSP. They've abandoned it to make Killzone NGP. I'll definately be playing levels still, just not creating. Who knows, maybe I'll scrap up some bits of a level while traveling and make a level in the near or distant future. I had started one a little while ago, but hit creator's block. -_- | 2011-03-10 16:36:00 Author: The-Questor Posts: 1328 |
Well if you jumped off the ship ... IM DROWNING as I am still playing and creating this level was fantastic :star::star::star::star::star: and a <3 | 2011-03-10 19:59:00 Author: butter-kicker Posts: 1061 |

Hey man loved da lvl but i thoght itwas a lil short i gav u :star::star::star::star::star: 'n a <3 Jokes. ================The Goodies Bag================ - The Materials. Great selection here with the pink and the sillowets (I'm gonna spell it like it should be spelt not because it's the one word I can't ever remember how to spell or anything.) - The corner editing. Bea - u - ti - ful work here especially with the characters and the ships. - The characters. They were really detailed and I loved the moving guitar. - La musica. I'm just gonna guess it was good since I was on a plane without headphones when I went to play it. ==================The Baddies================== - Short but whatevs (see the rating) ===================The Rating================== :star::star::star::star::star: and a <3 and a Creator <3 (even though you already had one I removed it and added it again) Although it was short like others mentioned, it was a really neat level with ideas from other great levels. I'm guessing it was for the LS competition so I consider it more of an entry than a full level so technically you still owe us a full final level...or you could just keep creating...that works too...sorry I had to haha all that retirement talk I'm beginning to think you're gonna pull a Favre on us. ^ My 2 cents worth. | 2011-03-12 03:04:00 Author: WoodburyRaider Posts: 1651 |

Maybe in July? Well, I am super late to the party. You published this when I got hurt at work, and it totally slipped through my radar until, I saw it on the spotlight potential table. Dude, you have gotten so good over the last few months. This level is amazing. You have a great talent with story telling and art direction. I truly have never played anything like this on psp, or ps3 for that matter. I hear this is your last level, and that makes me sad. You are one of the bright stars of the psp crowd now, and we need guy's like you making levels, and lending your voice and talents to the new people. Anyway, you made a gorgeous piece of art here, and you should be proud. And congratulations on another spotlight!! | 2011-05-29 22:39:00 Author: VelcroJonze Posts: 1305 |

Well, through the series of events that ocurred on this thread (and off), I decided to create another level. It's in it's emryonic stage so I wouldn't expect it to be worthy of publish soon. I will eventually finish it though. | 2011-05-30 01:18:00 Author: The-Questor Posts: 1328 |
Congrats on the spotlight questor! You definitely deserve it, I've never seen a level quite like this one on PSP ever! | 2011-05-30 02:55:00 Author: anoken Posts: 1654 |
Yes, Valmassoi is right. Its a very unique level and thats why it is spotlight worthy. The fact that you're making a new level is making me happy too. | 2011-05-30 20:02:00 Author: nysudyrgh Posts: 5482 |
Congratulations on the spotlight!! Feedback: This is a quality level, the time and effort you've spent on the visuals is clear and on top of that the stories are engaging, which I love. The mechanics all work well and I was transported into your world - you;ve done well to capture my imagination The only thing I can say is that I want more!! More stories, more characters, more of this genius level :star::star::star::star::star: and a lonely, broken <3 | 2011-06-03 23:07:00 Author: Coxy224 Posts: 2645 |
I hate to say this, since it is your last level, but I really didn't like it. There was nothing spectacular about this. Their stories weren't all that interesting and the level was, dare I say it... Boring. I feel this was a step down from The Clock-Tower and your other levels. I'm so sorry! But... This just means you need to create something better! So get on that! EDIT: I have left full feedback below. Ignore this terrible excuse for a comment. | 2011-06-15 17:21:00 Author: Fading-Dream Posts: 164 |
That was, like, rude feedback man. Not cool. And BTW it isn't his last level. And I still can't believe that this one didn't get a "Loved Up". | 2011-06-15 17:25:00 Author: nysudyrgh Posts: 5482 |
I'm really not meaning for it to be rude. Hmm... I suppose I should go into it more. Reasons why I didn't particularly care for this level: - There was little to do. I understand these types of levels can be cool, but I feel there could have been better transitions between stories and a bit more gameplay. - The characters weren't all that original. They were stereotypes. Making these characters have more personality and/or interesting stories would greatly help. - It was extremely short. Another character may have helped. - The ending felt... I don't know. Maybe I missed the part where you actually get the thing that changes their stories, but I didn't see it. Was it in that sail-boat thing attached to the main boat? Things I do like about the level: - Everything looked really great. It had a unique style that truly worked. - The idea of the story. Fixing their stories is a great idea. I'm really not trying to be rude. I want to give honest feedback as I would want. I do feel this should have been included in my original post, so sorry for that. Thing is, I know the Questor can create great game play and good stories, so if he can combine them, that will be pure win. Please don't take this personally. Since everyone else seems to really like this, it's probably just me. What would have been more effective is to show how their stories were fixed. There were just sort of magically resolved and it kind of felt like a cop-out. | 2011-06-15 17:39:00 Author: Fading-Dream Posts: 164 |

I think I didn't win because of what my level was based and when it was compared to the other works of art it didn't seem very fitting to win. I don't mind losing, especially since the people who got the stickers are very cool people. Hint Hint Nys. I'm really not meaning for it to be rude. Hmm... I suppose I should go into it more.
