Weird thing happening since update 1.02? (+image)

Hi,
This seems strange but since the new update the sound has been dropping out in my pod, in create mode and when reviewing levels online. Sometimes it comes back and other times I have to quit out the game and start it up again.

Also, I'm not sure if this is related to the new update or the fact that I've spent a lot of time in create and pause mode. Here a picture of it:

I'm there somewhere in the background. All I was doing was resizing my sequencer by a small grid square or just moving it and it completely covered my screen. Also all my movie cameras had become detached, disappeared or became very small (no longer stretched out across the sequencer bar). I then ended up having to re-do the whole movie scene set-up again. Other times it just shoots up to the top of my screen and I have to hover around until I find it again.

Is anyone else having these problems? Or can shed light on what's been happening?

That's really werid I'll keep an eye out for these problems, I've not actually been on LBP2 since the update but I'm sure it's quite possible for the update to cause a few glitches. I doubt it's to do with how long you spend in create mode because I've spent hours in create mode and not had a problem before though I did have an occurence a while back where I'd been creating for a long time and the music suddenly stopped working on LBP2 for some reason, I've spent just as long creating levels since then and not encountered the bug since.2011-03-08 20:07:00

I don't know the answer but have you tried reinstalling your game data and starting a new profile without importing anything in (after backing up your current one)? If the problem persists after that then I'd send an email to Mm to make them aware of it.2011-03-09 07:10:00

I haven't had these problems, but I haven't been on LBP2 as much recently (been off for 2 days (ish) ) and I only updated it last night. I'll keep an eye out for you. 2011-03-09 07:50:00

Yes, that's me in the background completely covered and blocked out by a huge sequencer time-line and all my cameras that were on it have dissapeared. I never thought about having to reinstall anything as I'm a bit weary. Especially from reading about people not being able to import from LBP1 to LBP2 and I have the original 'fat' PS3 (not related to this but I've also held off from upgrading the poor hard drive it shipped with partly due to this: http://arstechnica.com/gaming/news/2011/02/sonys-latest-ps3-firmware-gaffe-hd-upgrades-temporarily-impossible.ars).

I'll post here if anything else happens and include any pictures.

UPDATE: This problem is still persisting, again every time I go to increase the length of the sequencer bar it completely covers my level and screen with no way of coming out of it without rewinding. So I can't actually change its size. If this happens with every other sequencer/camera that I use I'll have to let Mm know and look into reinstalling.2011-03-12 00:56:00
