Directional based player sensor - Help

I have a sackbot that moves 2 directions (left/right), I need to have a player sensor on the sackbot look left >8 when it walks left then when moving right 8< it looks right. Can anyone tell me how to do this? | 2011-03-07 06:39:00 Author: Gutz Posts: 175 |
You'll need some kind of speed sensor. Make an emitter which emits a single key on a piece of holograph, set it to 1 at a time, frequency 0.0 (this will make it emit every frame), replace old yes. Now make two 180 degree angled sensors which sense that key, and make them do your logic for activating/deactivating switches. Now when your sackbot moves about it will constantly be emitting this 'speed key' - if the speed key is to the left or right that means the Sackbot has moved since the last frame. | 2011-03-07 10:00:00 Author: merkaba48 Posts: 79 |
