I was thinking the other day about it for a few minutes. You'll probably just think "what a dumb@ss" but it was a cool thought... Every mirror is a portal to it self. Prove that statment wrong. its not that hard click again only if you want it spoiled they can get dirty therefore it has to physically be something cold or hot to the touch when it should be your finger temp. It was cool thought to me

I mean think about it...When we look in the mirror we see a reflection of ourselves, but what happens to our reflection when we arent looking at each other? What do they do?, you gotta take that into consideration

technically, we dont know alot about mirrors. I mean think about it...When we look in the mirror we see a reflection of ourselves, but what happens to our reflection when we arent looking at each other? What do they do?, you gotta take that into consideration There is no hidden meaning or consciousness in the light reflecting off the mirror. Did you watch MIRЯORS recently? :3

It's along the same lines as the philosphical riddle of if a tree falls in the forest, does it still make a sound? The answer, of course being, yes. Our reflections don't continue when we aren't in the mirror relative to anyone's viewing angle, much the same as a mirror continues to reflect light at all it's natural angles whether someone is observing it or not.

You still must consider that :o When you aren't looking at the mirror it still reflects light. That's all it does... Oh wait, yeah you're going for the whole "tree falling in the woods" angle, right? You should have just brought up Schroedinger's cat. Honestly though, believing that things don't happen unless someone or something observes them is philosophically interesting but practically it's just silly.

A reflection is just the eye being tricked into thinking that there's an object behind the mirror. No eyes no reflection. It differs from the whole "tree in a forest thing" in that a reflection requires an obsserver while sound does not.

That is true, untill you say candyman more than 2 times in a row Mwha ha ha ha Really? I heard it was Biggie Smalls. reflection requires an obsserver No it doesn't. The light will be reflected regardless of whether someone is observing it. The illusion of depth inside the reflection, though, would require an observer capable of being fooled, if that's what you mean.
