I only noticed this cause the math was easy, but in my time spent creating pin, its at 6275 which is a little over 100 hours, and my totals plays across all levels is 98, meaning I get one play every 62 or so minutes spent creating, I immediately became curious of what other peoples would be, and then felt the sad realization that I couldn't access their pins.. but I'd like to compare to other people, and see how terrible i'm doing. If anyone cares to oblige me, that would be entertaining. I don't know if the pin stops tracking at 7,500, I guess if it does, those people wouldn't be able to figure it out, but how many people could be at 7,500

I KNEW SOMEONE WAS GOING TO SAY THAT!!! lol. That's a odd concept of the ppm. I can't think of any purpose it serves though. lol What about all the time you're NOT even on the PS3? This can't be right, it says I have a total of 219 plays. I thought I had FAR less than that... So, rounded up from 29.5, it's 30 plays a minute. Let's take it further though. Let's divide the total plays by total smiles, maybe throw in some sugar, spice, and everything nice. So for every X plays, Y people like it. And divide total plays by total frowns, clippings, snails, and puppy dog tails. So for every X plays, Z people frown it. Let's go even further by making an equation... 532. (that's for Clockworx 2 - 734,450 plays, 23 hours to create it. Unless you're counting unique plays?) EDIT: Maths fail. I though the thread was plays per hour (which I originally posted as 31,933). Yes, I am a noob. Anyway... I win? Really though plays don't matter very much. And there doesn't seem to be any relation between time spend creating and number of plays, if you make something quick and simple(ish) that's addictive and then get lucky, you will get a lot of plays. Similarly you can spend hundreds of hours working on a level and then hardly anyone will play it. It's unfair, but that's the way it is. I just enjoy creating. If I spent 100 hours making something and nobody played it, then at least I had 100 hours of fun making it, which is much more exciting then just watching numbers go up.

nuclearfish just evaporated my lbp-peen, ahaha thanks bro. sure I had fun creating it, but I also took alot of un-necessary steps to make it playable to others, wouldn't have wasted my time on them had I known how un needed they would be, i'm just kind of stroking my own curiosity at this point... mlb the show 11 comes out tuesday, I can just shelf LBP2 for a while, do things at my own pace.. if I even want to play it anymore, I don't know, its a familiar feeling. I used to be in a band that really only stayed together because people liked us and gave us money, and when that was over, so was the band. the band I have now didn't take off at all like the other one, and I lost interest pretty quick. I think when no ones interested, its a sign.. to move right along. oh cryogen edited his post, yeah I already did all that in my own head lol, I just didn't want to confuse people, thats what I'm thinking as I read along, then I see the pac-man chart.. hilarious.. college math was worthless, both weeks of it.

plays is not equal to happy faces or hearts. learn not to care about things like that. playing a level a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th time throughout the course of it's shelf life and revisiting it regularly is wayyyyyyy better than a review, happy face, or a heart. Only 1 in probably 100 hearts will ever come back and replay your level in a month's time. That's like being somebody's favorite level.

If Clockworx 2 gets 31,933 plays per minute ( i know its an MM Pick, its awesome), and my Cool Pages old level gets 0 plays per day, i'm doing something VERY wrong.

Couldn't someone just keep publishing an empty level, over and over again that he was in for like a second, and doing the math makes his score like 3600 plays an hour? And that's just with 1 play.
