Well I've heard about the Beta Vest, and I wanted to know if the only way to get the vest was from playing the water beta-test and.... idk what else. Also, wasn't there a LBP2 beta but it was only possible to play if you were a Playstation Plus member or whatever? I'm confused.

Beta vests also came with the LBP2 beta. LBP2 beta was given to everyone in the water beta, and some more people who were randomly selected that were active in LBP1. Playstation Plus I think just gave you more of a chance of getting in, it wasn't an exclusive to PS+ beta.
