Getting sackbot from point a to point b

| Hey there, I've been trying to figure out a way to get a sackbot for my level to walk from the beginning of the level to a certain point in the level, with two specific stops in the path. Basically something like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ahlB5tGSCU From 1:46 to 4:47 in the video, the player is following someone who's walking along some path and stops a few times. Obviously, that game has you moving in full 3D and LBP2 is...well...not entirely that, haha, but I was wondering if the basic idea can be done. | Use a selector with differing states, one of which is "standing still". Use behavior recording to make the sackbot get from locale to locale, and use a tag sensor to change the state to neutral when it gets there. From there you can use a timer to activate the next state, setting how long the sackbot stands neutral for before proceeding to the next waypoint in its path. | 2011-03-05 21:37:00 Author: xero  Posts: 2419 |
