Can you make a flashlight?

Hey can you make it so sackboy can hold a flashlight to make a person able to see in a dark level, or can the creatinator somehow emit light like a mining helmet? Any suggestions or thoughts on how to do this would be greatly appreciated thanks! | 2011-03-04 21:07:00 Author: Unknown User |
Well, you could make a kind-of flashlight by making any material, add a light to it, maybe make the material grabbable via material tweaker and then hold it with grabinators. In another level, I've seen people spawn little lights from a creatinator. (Neon ([glowing] + LED light [invisible, set up somehow].) I guess you could do that too. What if you make the flash light follow you by attaching it to invisible hologram, and make so that it points its direction the where you are aiming (Just like comphermc's Wizard level preview where you could point it the magic projectiles). i guess you could emit a cone of invisible holographic material from the creatinator that has a bunch of LED bulbs (set to invisible). You could vary the intensity and fogginess of the LEDs to give a more realistic effect. | 2011-03-04 23:36:00 Author: iliketosayblah Posts: 77 |
