Well, I seen a tutorial with someone explaining how to create stickers that look like hologram material. It may have been some sort of glitch he figured out. Tried searching for this tutorial again and couldn't find it. I didn't pay it a lot of attention when I first seen it, but now I think it might be useful.

When you put a sticker on hologram material, the brightness of the sticker acts as the visibility of the hologram. So if you make a sticker with white text on a black background and place it on some holo material, all you will see is the white area. As for colored stickers, the bright areas of the sticker will still maintain their color but will be tinted by the color of the holo material itself. EDIT: though if you are looking for the glitch that allows you to make stickers with transparency, like the stickers that Mm provides, that is something completely different. Try searching for "edgeless stickers" or something like that.
